Hi, I am currently gauging interest as my last camp was successful to those who could hang with the intensity. 1 of the HS kids that I trained went from literally being at the end of his team as far as foot speed and explosiveness, to the front of the group. Went from a mid 7 minute mile to running a 5 min mile after 2 weeks of my instruction on top of my 3 week camp. This will definitely give you that edge you need before season. Another student of mine whom is 24 years old says he is in the best shape before season at his div-2 college due to only using my workouts for 2 weeks, he accomplished this after a knee injury from the prior season. I charge $20 per hour session... Group specials available! I am an assistant coach at a local jc (in charge of skill development and strength development), I have 19 years of organized basketball playing experience. I have played against past and current NBA players with success. My dad is also a coach with 30 years of coaching experience. I am very personable. Any questions go ahead and email me. I would have these sessions at Schurr high school in Montebello... The time would be from 5:30-6:30 (before it gets dark). The days would be Mon, wed, fridays. If interested please email me, I am also considering holding workouts on the weekend if there is enough people.
