A wise man once said, "show me a good loser, and I will show you a loser".

In today's world it's all about winning.  We live in a society where if you don't win then you are forgotten.  From the moment you start competing it’s all about who finishes first.  Should it be any different? I don’t think so. Having been on both sides of the coin, I can honestly say that winning is much more fun than losing.  Having said that; I also realize that at times you have to learn how to lose before you can learn how to win.  It's also important be a good sportsman.  Good sportsmanship makes you a better competitor.  I'm sure I'm stating the obvious, but putting all of your efforts into being the best that you can be will ultimately give you that winning edge.
