1st Class Group & Private Basketball Lessons Taught By So. Cal’s Best – Coach D. Williams

FUNDAMENTAL SKILL DEVELOPMENT
FOR PLAYERS OF ALL AGES

Intermediate & Advanced Players - Learn the Proper Mechanics of Ball Handling, Shooting, Blocking Out, Passing and much more. Including but not limited to Ball Control, Weak Hand Development Lay-Up Form, Both Left & Right Handed Proper Shooting Form, Jump & Foul Shots Passing & Movement without the ball, Aggressive One on One Moves & Solid Defensive Fundamentals. All workouts include drills to develop hand-eye coordination and footwork and players learn how to practice effectively and Maximize Their Efforts.
All lessons are 60minutes

Please note, So Cal FastBreak Hoops does not own a facility. All lessons will be held on an outdoor court of your choosing unless you have access to an indoor facility.
Please inquire about Clinics! Great opportunity to receive instruction in a game-like atmosphere.
Basketball workouts can also be combined with strength training or conditioning drills such as ply metrics and agility drills to improve speed, coordination, vertical leap, flexibility and stamina.
