Outside Source Should be in Charge of Officials

   In order to have an objective non conflicting game called it’s time for the NBA to have an outside source manage and employ NBA officials. Having the commissioner and NBA officials involved just creates a deeper conflict of interest. The NBA should manage their rules and have this outside source implement them. In this scenario there will be no inside influence and hopefully will make for better officiating.
