The 2007 Santa Barbara High School Tournament of Champions is fast approaching! Since 1979, the Santa Barbara High TOC has featured some of the best girls teams and individuals California has to offer. Lisa Leslie, Marion Jones, and Diana Taurasi are just a few of the many outstanding players who have been named MVP of the tournament. Each year, numerous League Champions, CIF Champions, and State Tournament Champions and participants play in the TOC. It is always amazing to see the number of college coaches in attendance watching their recent recruiting class or evaluating prospective talent. 
There are 30 teams in two different brackets. A 16 team Gold Division and a 14 team Green Division. This years’ TOC will run from Wed. Dec. 19 through Sat. Dec. 22.
Tournament passes will be available the fist day for $20, and the second day for $15 while daily passes will cost $6. Tournament programs listing all the players with their school addresses and phone numbers will be made available to the public and will cost $2. There are no expensive ($75-$100) college coaches packets.
